Testimojo is operated by Apoorv Sharma, an individual based in Kanpur, India.
1. Acceptance
By using Testimojo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of Service
- You must be 18 or older to use Testimojo
- You are responsible for all testimonials and content you collect through the service
- You must not use Testimojo to collect fake, fabricated, or misleading reviews
- You must not use Testimojo for any unlawful purpose
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of all testimonials and content collected through Testimojo. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
4. Payments and Refunds
- The Free plan is free forever with usage limits
- The Pro plan is ₹1,499/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Payments are processed by Razorpay
- Refunds are available within 7 days of payment — email hello@testimojo.com
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate cancellations.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
7. Limitation of Liability
Testimojo is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
